A System of Values

Evolution

A system of values emerges as potential develops into specific content during incarnations in different environments. A Corsup must develop every aspect of that content to its fullest, give it an appropriate value, then integrate with it and, in a sense, become that value.

Corsups strive to develop the values of the Core within themselves β€” see the book Hyperphysics for more β€” and complete their evolution only when they are filled with this content to the fullest extent. At a certain point, every Corsup chooses a direction for further evolution and specialises in particular content.

Nevertheless, the system of values a Corsup has in a particular incarnation depends on how far that content has developed and been worked through. We recreate our identity during incarnation, so we do not have access to this content. A Corsup incarnates a specific part of itself β€” the nullification zone β€” rather than its whole self. That particular part has access to only a fragment of information, so that one incarnation or event does not disrupt the process of evolution.

This system contains discontinuities: aspects of potential for a given fragment of the nullification zone to work through.

While incarnated, as we build relationships with our surroundings, we are taught the system of values on which that environment is based. Programmes, beliefs and fears develop alongside it. This information is not consistent with what we feel deep within ourselves. Yet we are unaware of this, and a sense of being lost and confused arises.

Through this work, we come to know this content and learn to explore its multiple levels, discovering what is missing.

A civilisation's system of values rests on various principles. In our case, one of the most universal sets is the Ten Commandments.

Below, I reinterpret these principles to fit our current level of awareness.

The system the Church uses β€” or does not use β€” is no longer adequate and is not observed. Nevertheless, it remains a kind of guide.

I. You shall have no other gods before me.

II. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.

III. Remember to keep the holy day holy.

IV. Honour your father and your mother.

V. You shall not kill.

VI. You shall not commit adultery.

VII. You shall not steal.

VIII. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour.

IX. You shall not covet your neighbour's wife.

X. Nor anything that belongs to your neighbour.

1. You shall develop yourself.

2. You shall be neither a victim nor a slave, and shall not force others to follow your ideas.

3. Out of the seven days of the week, devote one day to self-improvement and personal development.

4. Respect your family and the land on which you live, so it can provide for your children in turn.

5. Do not kill.

6. Do not betray.

7. Do not steal.

8. Do not speak ill of others, lie or gossip.

9. Do not exploit another person's weakness.

10. Do not envy.

11. You are a manifestation of the Core. And it is a manifestation of you.

I have added the eleventh commandment from the Millennium Bible because I consider it important in the process of developing awareness.
