✨ SESSION 1 — WHAT IS HAPPENING TO CONSCIOUSNESS ON EARTH?

More and more people experience anxiety, information overload and the feeling that the world has sped up. Are we living in exceptional times, or does every generation feel it is on the verge of a breakthrough? We will discuss how people's thinking is changing, why old models no longer work and what may lie beneath the widespread sense of chaos.

✨ SESSION 2 — WHO ARE YOU WHEN YOU STOP PLAYING ROLES?

Who are you without your job, your beliefs or the story you tell about yourself? Most people build their identity from things that constantly change. Explore what remains when these external structures begin to fall apart, looking beyond personality, success and labels.

✨ SESSION 3 — THE STRUCTURE OR LINEARITY OF REALITY?

Does chance really exist? Why do some situations recur under different names and circumstances? Understand why some people see the world as a sequence of separate events, while others begin to recognise deeper patterns. We will discuss the structure of reality, time, and whether our lives are more like a line or a network of connections.

✨ SESSION 4 — LACK AND WHOLENESS: WHAT DRIVES YOUR LIFE?

Much of the modern world is built around one message: ‘You are not enough yet.’ But what if a sense of lack comes from how we see, rather than what we do not have? We will explore scarcity, fear and constant comparison with others, reversing the perspective of lack.

✨ SESSION 5 — WHAT IS INFORMATION?

Never before have people had access to so much data, while feeling so lost. Explore the difference between knowledge and wisdom, and how to distinguish information that helps you develop from information that merely occupies your attention. See what happens when a person can no longer tell the difference.

✨ SESSION 6 — THE PROCESS OF AWAKENING

Does awakening mean gaining knowledge, changing beliefs, or reaching the point when you stop expecting someone else to tell you who to be? Our final session explores the process of taking responsibility for your life and your perception of reality. The aim is to begin asking better questions, rather than find final answers.
